EMPLOYEE CARE

The Company and the Group has a progressive management team and provides wage and benefit programs the standard set by international agencies and exceed the nation minimums. It recognizes that health, safety and worker morale are keystones in attaining to produce high quality apparel. The factory house is a compliant building and we provide an excellent work environment sanitation, ventilation and natural lighting.

SUAD-SHIN SHIN & SHOW IN believe in education and provides the entire employee health, hygiene, medical, and education program. Safety program and routine drill have the facilities and employees are capable of dealing with emergencies with more efficiency those international agencies. In terms of compliance and customer requirement.

OUR LABOR POLICIES

The contractual, captive, prisoner, and/or any other kind of unwilling, compulsory or forced labor cannot be exploited.
Identification papers and any kind of monetary deposit from workers cannot be held to apply force labor or to dominate workers.
Dominating labor, restricting their freedom unnecessarily, and/or any other relevant manner is prohibited.
Textile and Apparel organizations/companies of the RMG industry in Bangladesh do not exploit unwilling or forced labor of contract, captive, or any other kind.

Training and Development

SUAD-SHIN SHIN-SHOW IN acknowledge the significance of skill development and the value it brings to both the organization and its respective employees. Training is critical to the business to ensure optimal production, continuous performance improvement as well as employee retention. In this regard, Shin Shin group provides skill development training to the management staff, that not only aids the administration in the successful achievement of the company’s goals and ambition but also in raising productivity throughout the organization.
